I had an excellent experience working with Fonte W&D when I wanted to replace 2 exterior doors and a window at my Oakland Park home. First, they are a local, family-owned business where everyone was great to work with. I began with Natalie who took time to walk me through their product line and explained everything when asking her an exhaustive list of initial and follow up questions. I learned some key things from her that are unique to our area e.g. impact glass thickness sold here does vary (go thicker); living near the coast could require a special corrosive-resistant coating on doors which can have manufacturer warranty implications. Ariel Fonte, the co-owner, then came out and took measurements and later led his team through installation. Jackie, the office administrator, had kept me abreast of progress and to-do's through the timeline. I didn't get to meet Maribel, the other co-owner, who I think is the main boss as she handled all the payments. : ) Fonte's pricing was in line with their competitors, the doors/window appear to be good, solid quality, their estimated project timeline to include inspections was spot on, and any issues that came up were relatively minor and handled quickly and efficiently. If you're in the market for new doors & windows, give Fonte a call. I will with another project early next year.

They did a very good job with my impact door and windows. The office staff are very pleasant and easy to get in touch. The site crew workers were very nice and responsible. They did all the paperwork for the project including permits and HOA. I very recommend them.

It was actually a pleasure. CSR reps...shout out to Natalie, were amazing. There was none of this "we will be there between 9am-12pm" or "this is just an estimate". We paid what they said. The guys arrived on time both times. Fonte is on point...honest, timely and friendly.

Fonte windows and doors did a fabulous job. They installed new windows and enclosed my screened in porch.They were very neat and covered up my floors and furniture to protect them and cleaned up after themselves. I would reccomend them to anyone needing new windows

Fonte Windows and Doors did a great job, very professional. Did the whole house, also changed from sliding doors to French doors, they are beautiful. We were unsure of what we wanted but they patiently worked with us and also gave us a great price. Being that we changed all the windows and doors in the house we were worried that they were going to be a lot of mess but they covered everything and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them

The staff was absolutely great. Materials and work could not have been better. They were attentive to any concerns and addressed immediately. Timelines is a pet peeve of mine- they were always there or called when promised. Loving my new doors.

Amazing experience! it took us a while to find a company to do our impact door installation because our door frame was steel reinforced with concrete and many companies refused to take the job. That includes Home Depot and Lowes. These guys took care of everything from start to finish. They dealt with our HOA and was persistent with them even when they were dragging their feet. After the installation, they followed up quickly with arranging the final inspection with the city. Home Depot did our sliding door installation and it took months to get this done with their contractor. I wish I knew of this company sooner! Wonderful job. Highly recommended! A+++++

FONTE FIX IT installed my mom's hurricane impact windows flawlessly. Inspection passed. This is the second time I have used this company. I have also recommended them to my friends as well. To date I have heard nothing but great things an about Fonte-Fixit. The professionalism displayed by the onsite crew and the office staff went above and beyond. Every time I had a question they were quick to answer. Very professional. I was told the approximate time the door would arrive and how long before they could install it.
